La peregrinación de 2016

Escribí este poema para felicitar las Navidades de 2016.  Me inspiró la canción cantada por Mercedes Sosa "La peregrinación".

Poema: La peregrinación de 2016
Poem: The Pilgrimage in 2016

A la huella, a la huella,
Incalculables Josés y Marías,
Errando por valles pelados,
Desiertos desamparados.

A la huella, a la huella
Remando, remando,
No hay país de acogida.
Sigan preguntando.

 Florecitas del desierto,
Clavelitos descoloridos,
Sin país de acogida.
¿Dónde enraizareis
Vuestros huesitos doloridos?

 ¿Dónde nacerás, capullito,
En vientre crecidito,
Palomita sin olivo,
Buhito sin huequito?

A la huella, a la huella,
Esos Josés y Marías
De  Dios desconocido.
Nadie quiere saber…

A la huella, a la huella,
Expatriados,
Reivindican una manta,
Para la Señora con bebé.
Nadie oye.
Nadie ve.

A la huella, a la huella,
¿A dónde vais soles?
¿De qué huis luceros?
Ojitos aterrados.
Piececitos lastimados.

Sin aliento los burritos.
Sin bueyitos los establos.
Por las casitas sin tejado,
Un rayito entra descorazonado.
Ni  Marías, ni Josés.
El lucerito del alba está confinado.

A la huella, a la huella,
Marías y Josés,
Dios desangelado,
Navega derrotado.
Nadie ha visto,
Nadie ha escuchado.

To the footprint, to the footprint,
Unforgettable Josés and Marías,
Running through bare valleys,
Deserted deserts.

To the footprint, to the footprint
Paddling, paddling,
There is no host country.
Keep asking  for.

Flowers of the desert,
Discolored carnations,
No host country.
Where will you rooted
Your aching bones?

Where will you be born, tiny bud,
Inside a belly grown up,
Little pigeon without olive,
Small owl without a hole?

To the footprint, to the footprint,
Those Josés and Marías
Of unknown God.
No one wants to know ...

To the footprint, to the footprint,
Expatriates,
They claim a blanket,
For the Lady with a baby.
Nobody hears.
Nobody sees.

To the footprint, to the footprint,
Where are you going suns?
What do you, tiny stars, escape from?
Terrified eyes.
Wounded feet.

Breathless donkeys.
Without oxen the stables.
For the houses without roof,
A thin ray enters disheartened.
Neither Marías, nor Josés.
The morning star is confined.

To the footprint, to the footprint,
Marías and Josés,
Soulless God
Browses defeated.
Nobody has seen,
No one has listened to.
